Customer Support Specialist

This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, utilizing knowledge of financial products and services to support their overall banking requirements.
* Facilitate customer transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
* Maintain accurate cash handling and ensure seamless end-of-day reconciliations.
* Educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and our award-winning mobile app.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customers' financial wellbeing through tailored solutions.
This is a part-time branch-based position, working 8.30am-4.30pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
