Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
* Present and demonstrate new and used vehicle options
* Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery
* Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers
* Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
Skill and Experience Requirements:
* Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail sectors
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach
* Current driver's license
* Valid Australian working rights
