Dinner Twist is Western Australia's leading meal-kit company, delivering fresh, local meals & grocery staples to busy households across Perth and regional WA. Proudly WA-owned since 2012, we've built a loyal customer base through unrivalled quality and outstanding customer service.
We're now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of growth across acquisition, retention and lifecycle marketing. This is a senior, hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer who loves performance, data, experimentation — and leading a small team to execute at pace.

The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own growth strategy and execution across all channels, with accountability for customer acquisition, subscriptions, retention and lifetime value.
You'll lead a small team of two and work closely with creative, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing activity drives real commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Growth & Performance
* Own customer acquisition across Meta, Google, and other digital channels
* Manage and optimise paid media spend with clear ROAS, CAC and LTV targets
* Build and maintain testing frameworks for audiences, creative, offers and funnels
* Drive subscription growth with a strong focus on quality customers, not just volume
Retention, CRM & Lifecycle
* Own lifecycle marketing across email and SMS (onboarding, retention, winback, churn reduction)
* Use customer data to segment, personalise and improve lifetime value
* Continuously improve customer journeys from first click through long-term retention
Team Leadership
* Lead, mentor and manage a small marketing team (2 direct reports)
* Set clear priorities, standards and performance expectations
* Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation and continuous improvement
Creative & Brand Execution
* Guide creative direction for performance assets (video, UGC, static, copy)
* Brief and collaborate with internal teams, freelancers and agencies
* Ensure all growth activity aligns with Dinner Twist's brand, tone and values
Data, Reporting & Insights
* Track performance across acquisition, retention and revenue metrics
* Report clearly on results, insights and recommendations
* Use data to guide decisions, not opinions

About You
You're an experienced digital growth marketer who is equally comfortable in strategy and execution.
You likely bring:
* 5+ years experience in growth, performance or digital marketing
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Experience owning CRM and lifecycle marketing (email/SMS)
* Proven results growing subscriptions, retention or recurring revenue
* Confidence managing budgets, testing frameworks and performance reporting
* Experience leading or mentoring team members
* A minimum of 1-2 years team leadership experience is required
* A commercial mindset with a bias for action
* Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents
Experience in eCommerce, B2C, subscriptions or FMCG will be highly regarded.
