Partner with the business to deliver high-level advice All aspects of Work Health safety and Injury management.

Working closely with the HR team and partnering with the broader business across multiple sites, you will be a highly proactive, experienced WHSI Officer looking for your next challenge!
**The Position**
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Manage the process of all injuries both work and non-work-related
- Assist with HR reporting
- Coordinate with HR and broader leadership with WHSI related issues
- Provide advice according to the WHS standards and Company policies
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the business
- WHS Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with a WHSmanagement system
- A hands on approach to coaching - line managers and employees
- Demonstrated experience partnering with key stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- Knowledge of Workers compensation legislation
- Thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
- Proactive, driven and "can do" attitude
- Ability to travel to different sites and locations on a weekly or fortnightly basis
