We are looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant - Rehabilitation Counsellor or Social Worker or Psychologist to join our team in Wollongong on a full-time or part-time basis.
You will be an integral part of a close-knit team who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
About the Role
As a valued team member, you will assess needs and provide effective solutions and strategies to ensure that clients receive a safe return to work within their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
* A willingness to travel is essential (current vehicle and driver's licence compulsory)
* Qualifications and relevant registration in Psychology, Social Work or Rehabilitation Counselling are required
* A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees is necessary
* An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with diverse cultural groups is essential
* Proven written and verbal communication skills are required
* Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service is crucial
