We are seeking aviation professionals with a passion for teaching and/or assessing to join our team on a casual basis. Casual opportunities are available in Ipswich and Toowoomba across the Avionics and Mechanical trade streams.
In these roles, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments to the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers. You will work independently to instruct both theoretical and practical components relevant to your trade. A strong focus on customer service is essential, as you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to students and stakeholders.

Certificate IV in Aeroskills or the ability to obtain the competencies associated with the Certificate IV.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) qualifications.
A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a higher recognised qualification in teaching/training (Desired)
Ability to work both autonomously and within a small, close-knit team.
Well-developed problem-solving skills and strong organisation skills, with the ability to deal with competing demands.
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for aviation.
Experience working in the aviation industry, preferably at least 3 years.
