Job Description:
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing quality desktop support services to all Sime users. This involves monitoring and prioritizing the Service Desk ticketing system, responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Service Desk and via escalations from management.
You will also provide phone support and resolve customer problems and provide remote troubleshooting support on desktop issues. Additionally, you will document all reported incidents through ITIL practices and resolve issues for Level 1 Support and provide equipment and software support where it is part of the service desk remit.
