Your new role As a Senior Business Analyst embedded within the People & Culture function, you will play a key role in analysing, mapping and improving people-related processes and employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with P&C leaders, internal stakeholders and technical partners, you will take a discovery-led approach to understanding business needs before shaping practical, people-centred solutions. The role also has a strong data focus, supporting the accuracy, integrity and integration of HR information to enable meaningful reporting and insights. This is a senior individual contributor role, suited to someone who enjoys influence, stakeholder engagement and delivery rather than people management.
