OFFICE COORDINATOR 
Location: Gold Coast 
Arrangement: Onsite – 5 days 
Remuneration: $55,000 AUD depending on hours 
Do you love creating a workplace that runs smoothly and feels welcoming? We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to be the heart of our office—keeping things organised, tidy, and fun for everyone. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, perfect for someone who wants balance while still being a key part of a outstanding team. 
What you will do? 
- Keep our kitchen humming – manage the dishwasher, coffee machine, and supplies. 
- Stay on top of groceries and office essentials so nothing runs out. 
- Organise monthly team lunches, office catchups, and celebrations. 
- Handle the post and main phone line with a friendly, professional approach. 
- Coordinate meeting room setups (including catering or tech needs) to make sure everything runs seamlessly. 
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and welcoming office environment every day. 
- Arrange and manage staff parking allocations. 
- Be the main point of contact for centre management and building-related matters. 
- Liaise with external vendors (cleaners, water delivery, plant hire, etc.) to ensure smooth services. 
- Share updates and coordinate with teams using Microsoft Teams. 
- Create simple graphics and invites in Canva to make office events more engaging. 
- Be the go-to support for all departments when extra help is needed. 
- Bring ideas to make the office fun, engaging, and a great place to work. 
About you 
- Highly organised with great time management skills. 
- Friendly, approachable, and a natural communicator. 
- Able to juggle multiple tasks with ease and positivity. 
- Proactive – you see what needs doing and make it happen. 
- Tech savvy, with solid admin skills and experience using Microsoft Teams to collaborate and Canva for simple design tasks. 
- Someone who enjoys building a vibrant and supportive workplace culture.
