This company is based north of the river.
This is a standalone Management Accountant role, reporting directly to senior leadership. With only an internal bookkeeper in place, this is an essential hire to lead the finance function, a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy and impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the financial management function, including monthly management accounts, job costing, and cashflow forecasting.
* Provide financial insights to Directors and project managers, supporting tender pricing, compliance, and project governance.
* Liaise with external accountants for quarterly reporting, year-end workpapers, and taxation matters.
* Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls across the business.
About you
* Construction experience is essential, you know job costing and project economics.
* CA/CPA qualified with 4-7+ years in management accounting or commercial finance.
* Strong Xero skills.
* Independent, proactive, and confident in leading finance for a growing business.
