Dynamic Sales Executive Opportunity
A highly respected home builder is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join their team at Warnervale and Watagan Park display homes. This role offers hands-on experience in new home sales, working alongside Senior Sales Consultants and industry professionals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Create a warm, professional first impression for visitors as the welcoming face of the display homes.
* Qualify incoming leads and guide prospective buyers through initial consultations.
* Assist in presenting and discussing floor plans, customisations, and lifestyle options.
* Support Senior Sales Consultants with client follow-ups, paperwork, and coordination with internal teams.
* Liaise with estimators and drafting to assist in preparing sales documents.
* Maintain the display homes to a high standard and represent the brand proudly.
About You:
* You have experience in sales, real estate, building, or front-of-house/customer service roles.
* You are passionate about residential property and eager to learn and grow in the industry.
* You possess professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
* You have strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* You are comfortable working weekends (with weekdays off).
