Key Responsibilities
* Lead and maintain quality management systems related to primary care
* Monitor, interpret, and report on key health data to drive service improvements
* Manage and coordinate Red Lily’s outreach services and support multidisciplinary teams
* Develop and implement clinical systems that support chronic disease management and health screening
* Promote Aboriginal Health Practitioners as first-line care providers
* Drive accreditation activities and continuous quality improvement initiatives
* Manage human and physical resources, budgets, and Medicare processes
* Support workforce development through orientation, mentoring, and professional development programs
Essential
About You
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA and relevant postgraduate qualification
* Extensive experience in Remote Area Nursing and multidisciplinary team management
* Strong understanding of Aboriginal health issues, cultural safety, and social determinants of health
* Expertise in interpreting health data and leading quality improvement activities
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and IT communication skills
* Ability and willingness to travel to remote communities by air and road
* Current Police Check and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
* Full Australian working rights
Desirable
* Postgraduate qualifications in Public Health, Primary Health Care, or related fields
* Additional certifications in Child Health, Emergency, Midwifery, or Mental Health
* Business-related qualifications
* Knowledge of Northern Territory health legislation and policy framework
