Warehouse Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for maintaining seed inventory data and physical stock across our onsite and third-party warehouses.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage seed inventory data and physical stock across onsite and third-party warehouses
* Oversee transport logistics to facilitate timely and cost-effective movement of seed products throughout Australia
* Participate in warehouse operations, including packing, unpacking, and pallet handling
* Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile stock discrepancies
* Liaise with on-site warehouse personnel for physical warehouse operations
* Monitor and manage CHEP pallets across all warehouse and transport activities
* Plan and coordinate the movement of seed products across Australia
* Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Work with the Customer Service team to resolve logistics issues
* Conduct in-house quality testing of seed products
* Ensure consistency and accuracy in testing procedures
* Support broader supply chain & sales team operations through proactive collaboration and hands-on assistance
