The Role

* Improve operational performance across three manufacturing sites through process optimization and efficiency gains.
* Enhance commercial outcomes through stronger retailer partnerships and effective margin management.
You will work closely with the founder and outgoing CEO to ensure a smooth transition and successful execution of the business plan.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, operational excellence in complex environments, and strong commercial and customer capability.
