Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end client migrations to our enhanced API platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact.
* Engage directly with client technical teams to understand integration requirements, troubleshoot issues and support testing and validation.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales and Support to deliver implementation milestones.
