The Opportunity
Monash University is seeking an exceptional leader for the role of Director – Infrastructure Services. This pivotal position will drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of Monash's core IT infrastructure across networks, cloud, storage, compute, data centres, identity and server services.
As a senior leader in the eSolutions team, you will lead the modernisation, security, scalability, availability and performance of the University's infrastructure platforms, ensuring alignment with Monash's global operations and strategic ambitions.
This position will be responsible for leading the design, optimisation, and delivery of Monash's core infrastructure services, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, secure, and future-focused.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive leadership experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure services within complex environments. You'll bring strategic vision, a strong track record in transformation and service delivery, and familiarity with core infrastructure including cloud, networks, virtualisation, data centres, compute, storage, identity and engineering.
