Our client is a well-known and highly respected multi-franchised new car dealership located in the New England area of NSW. They are seeking to employ an experienced New Car Senior Sales Consultant or Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, applicants must have current or recent franchised dealership experience at a minimum of Senior Sales Consultant or Assistant Sales Manager level. You will possess strong sales, closing, management, people handling, and financial skills, with the ability to motivate your team by leading by example. You should have the drive and energy to elevate your department to reach its potential.
Salary is initially envisaged to include a negotiable retainer + super + commission structure.
