They help customers maximize the business value of their Oracle investments, achieving the desired business outcomes while minimizing risk. To do this, TAMs must become trusted advisors to the customer, ensure consistency and quality of deliverables, help customers deliver their IT strategy, overcome challenges and meet business goals, and use leading practices for successful Oracle technology and Cloud deployments and operations. The Services Portfolio includes Managed Services, On-Premise, Hybrid Cloud, Applications, Platforms and Databases (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), and Security services that TAMs may manage in full or in part.
Looking for a Project Manager responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of projects. Experience and certification with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies. Requires AGSVA security clearance to NV level.

• Project Planning:
Developing project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Execution & Monitoring:
Overseeing project activities, tracking progress, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to plans.
• Budget Management:
Managing project costs, ensuring adherence to budget constraints, and seeking cost-effective solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication:
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, and managing expectations.
• Risk Management:
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact project success.
• Quality Assurance:
Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Project Closure:
Facilitating project closure activities, documenting lessons learned, and ensuring project outcomes are achieved.
