Operations Management Role
This position is responsible for overseeing vehicle processing, storage, and delivery. It ensures high-quality service and maintains a premium brand reputation with OEMs and dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the receipt, processing, storage, and distribution of vehicles to meet customer requirements.
* Plan and allocate resources to optimise workflows, adjust priorities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Oversee job accuracy, inventory management, and cost compliance.
* Resolve daily operational and employee issues while fostering a high-performance team culture.
* Maintain relationships with freight carriers, manage facilities, and optimise site utilisation.
* Drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and meet financial and safety targets.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a logistics business with strong transport knowledge.
* Holds a full driver's licence, and tertiary qualifications in mechanical or supply chain are an advantage.
* Proven leadership, team management, and people development skills with strong communication and workload planning.
* Solid computer skills for operational efficiency.
