Their vision since the 1930s, through multiple family generations is for everyone to have fun, whilst creating a win-win in every real estate transaction. THE ROLE You will be instrumental in the following:
General reception duties plus Property Management & Sales Support
Hours 8.30am - 5pm with 1 hour paid break
Greeting all walk-in traffic (Sellers, buyer, owners and tenants)
You are the gate-keeper so you will need to know the teams comings and goings
Answer the main office phones and manage the switchboard
Assist with all sales and property management files
Maintain the reception and general office overall presentation
Make sure meeting rooms are tidy after meetings
Opportunity for career progression to Property Management or Sales Support/Agent
ABOUT YOU
General understanding of Microsoft and VaultRE (Training provided)
Experience in a previous real estate office is desired Exemplary presentation plus warm welcoming demeanour
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Be vibrant, dynamic and friendly Ability to get along with all types of people Be professional and treat all dealings with discretion Strong work ethic and accountability
Great attitude Exceptional time management
