Key Responsibilities
* Supervise local drivers to ensure smooth operations in your area
* Collect all pickups assigned on time with complete accuracy
* Develop relationships with partner recyclers to optimize operations
* Residential and business collections as needed
Additional tasks include:
* Supporting drivers with daily operations
* Ensuring the safe transportation of goods
* Communicating with clients to resolve issues
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong customer service skills and adaptability
* An unrestricted Australian driver's license
* Working rights in Australia
* Availability to work week days in the morning (flexible start)
* Confidence in safely driving through busy streets and suburban roads
