Responsibilities
:
1. Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
2. Answering client telephone calls, emails, arranging quotations, endorsements, and new business.
3. Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring that policies are renewed on time and that coverage remains appropriate.
4. Identify opportunities to provide insurance solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clients' activities, and insurance requirements.
6. Provide guidance on coverage options, policy terms and conditions.
7. Work closely with internal teams to manage policy administration, billing, and claims management.
8. Ensure that all client interactions are accurately documented and that records are maintained in accordance withpany policies and procedures.

9. Effectivemunicator: This is key to excellent client service and delivering on our client-first principles, so you will need to have strong interpersonal skills and be able tomunicate clearly and professionally in all situations.
10. Analytical: Analyseplex information, evaluate risk, and provide advice and solutions to clients.
11. Highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
12. See the importance of details and getting the small things right: A high level of attention to detail is essential for ensuring accuracy in policy documentation.
13. Consistently contributes to the team and supports manager's efforts to achieve goals. Demonstrates understanding and respect for different perspectives, values, cultures and work styles.
Requirements:
14. Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar account management role within the insurance industry.
15. Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
16. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
17. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systems.
18. Undertakepany directedpliance training.
19. RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Brokingpliance.
