as a Test Analyst and help ensure our Payroll software is reliable, robust, and delivers a seamless experience for customers. You'll play a key role in testing, identifying issues early, and making sure our solutions meet enterprise standards.
What you'll do:
* Create persona-driven test cases and validate outcomes in an Agile environment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers and business analysts, to clarify requirements.
* Test end-to-end business processes, functional features, and regression scenarios simulating real-world use.
* Support test planning, automated testing, and risk-based strategies.
* Log, track, and resolve defects while improving processes and testing efficiency.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in end-to-end software testing, ideally with SaaS ERP systems.
* Familiarity with testing tools, automated frameworks, and Agile practices.
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* Knowledge of security, privacy, and data management considerations.
* Able to work our hybrid schedule: 3 days in Brisbane office, 2 days from home.
