About the role
You'll be a key part of our store team, delivering great customer experiences and helping customers bring their outdoor cooking plans to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
* Operating POS systems and handling transactions
* Maintaining store presentation and merchandising standards
* Supporting stock replenishment and store operations
* Working collaboratively with your team to hit sales and service goals
What we're looking for
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliability and flexibility across weekdays and weekends
* Retail or hospitality experience (highly regarded but not essential)
* Interest in BBQs, outdoor living or cooking (a bonus, but not required)
