The opportunity
Support the Retail Merchandise team with day-to-day office operations, including Shopify store, customer service, data entry, reporting and general office tasks.
Your day to day
- Assist with maintain Shopify store content, including photoshoots and listing updates
- Manage and respond to Zendesk customer inquiries
- Support product selection and sample management with the Production Manager
- Provide general administration and office support that includes basic reporting on sales, stock, data entry, reservation forms and customer trends
- Follow compliance guidelines and suggest process improvements
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills spanning Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills
