We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our program management group, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with multiple stakeholders to gather project details, updates, and requirements
* Coordinate and manage program artefacts including reports, risks, issues, and change requests
* Assist in running and managing program and quarterly planning dashboard reporting
* Maintain program supporting materials to ensure objectives of initiatives and business outcomes are clear, concise, and transparent
Requirements:
* Experience in professional services, preferably in business and process analysis within a project delivery environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft suite – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Strong Analytical skills, Attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, Excellent interpersonal skills to maximise relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at various levels
