As a seasoned Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a senior portfolio of key clients in the Public Sector team.
Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and maximizing deposits via consistent sales activity and pipeline management.
You will identify new opportunities for our clients and design innovative client-focused solutions to improve operational and financial efficiency.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Managing the sales process for new and existing opportunities
* Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the Client's strategy to identify opportunities for strategic alignment with the technology and product investment roadmap
* Participating in deal teams led by the existing client BDMs where clients choose to run a tender process at the end of their contract term
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
* Advanced abilities in presentation, pitch creation, and solution mapping
* Familiarity with strict sales disciplines such as pipeline management, call reports, and sales plans
* Strong awareness of industry and economic trends and a keen interest in current events
* Transactional banking experience, ideally in sales is highly advantageous
