About the role

L3Harris IMSA seeks an experienced EVMS‐focused accounting professional to oversee the finances of high‐profile programs. The Program Finance Analyst collaborates with PMO stakeholders and central finance to monitor and control project finances, support critical project delivery on time and within budget, and implement EVMS reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track project financial performance and provide timely analysis.
• Implement EVMS reporting and analysis.
• Report to L3Harris Finance EAC status.
• Develop budgets and forecast projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management, Program Finance deliverables, and EVMS tools (e.g., COBRA).
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Familiarity with Costpoint or similar ERP systems for project reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship required to obtain and hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
