ACT NoWaste, City and Environment Directorate is seeking to fill the position of Project Officer, Strategic Coordination and Planning (SCP). The Project Officer will work in a diverse branch, committed to driving innovation and performance in the management of waste and recycling services for the Territory. The SCP team is responsible for managing assets, delivering infrastructure and service projects, business analytics and coordination. The role will report to the Infrastructure Projects Director to support the planning and delivery of waste infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include project management, planning and procurement, governance and records management. The role will also work closely with a range of stakeholders – these include internal ACT NoWaste teams, directorate procurement teams, Infrastructure Canberra and industry. Tasks that you enjoy include research and analysis, critical thinking, and delivering quality outcomes.
