Oversee daily clinic flow and administrative operations
Lead and support the reception/administration team
Coordinate specialist schedules, appointments, and theatre lists

Maintain high standards of communication with patients, doctors, referrers, and providers
Assist with practice improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation
About You:
Previous experience in medical administration (ophthalmology or specialist preferred)
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
Confident using medical practice software and digital systems
