An established, fast-growing Australian group with a portfolio of high-volume e-commerce and digital retail brands is hiring a Management Accountant to support its next phase of growth.
Take ownership of a newly created role where you will sit at the heart of a fast-growing e-commerce business, influencing commercial decisions, improving profitability, and shaping how high-volume digital brands scale. This is a hands-on, high-visibility opportunity for a commercially sharp accountant who wants real impact beyond the numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver monthly management reporting and actionable commercial insights across multiple e-commerce brands
* Analyse margins, profitability, inventory performance, and key cost drivers to identify profit improvement opportunities
* Partner with digital marketing teams to assess campaign ROI, promotions, and marketing spend effectiveness
* Work closely with buyers and operations on supplier mix, rebates, landed costs, and inventory decisions
* Identify system gaps, revenue leakage, and process improvements across e-commerce, ERP, and fulfilment workflows
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner
* Background in e-commerce, digital retail, or high-volume consumer environments
* Strong commercial mindset with a focus on margins, performance, and scalability
* Confidence partnering with non-finance stakeholders across marketing, buying, and operations
* Highly analytical with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
