We are seeking a motivated and engaging Analyst to join our Healthcare & Social Infrastructure team in Melbourne. As a Sales Analyst you will play an integral role in our team, conducting comprehensive analysis, development of client documentation and contribute to our continuous growth.
* Financial Modelling
* Preparing Information Memorandums, proposals, property presentations and reports
* Real estate market – analysis and information gathering
* Researching institutional and listed property sectors, company, properties and benchmarking
* Interaction with clients, agents, owners, solicitors and occupiers
* Financial statement analysis (high-level)
* Reviewing title, planning and property information records
* Database entry, support and maintenance
* Preparation of Word, Excel, PowerPoint documentation
About You
* Prior experience from university studies or in a related role, within the industry.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of financial modelling utilising Excel;
* Research and analytical skills;
* Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
* Pride in presentation and output;
* Working knowledge of sourcing information through web and electronic communication
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise with clients and draft correspondence and documentation;
* Teamwork and interpersonal skills;
* Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work under minimum supervision;
* Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels;
* Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
