* Liaise between Refit Team, Store Managers, and Operations for smooth execution of store refits, relocations, and upgrades to achieve operational excellence.
* Maintain store compliance, standards, and process consistency to drive business results.
* Support stores through transitions and setup phases to ensure seamless integration.
* Demonstrate ability to drive profitability and compliance with established procedures.
