Based on site at Mayfield, as the Transport Planner, you will be an instrumental part of the transport planning team, communicating between operations, transport providers and key internal stakeholders. The primary function of this role is the daily load planning activities across our national supply chain, ensuring safe and optimal planning outcomes are achieved and our customer promise is met. 
Key responsibilities 
Plan deliveries in accordance with our customer promise, utilising road, rail and sea freight 
Undertake load consolidation activities to maximise volumes and deliver to our customers on time and in full 
Optimise delivery performance and proactively identify areas for improvement 
Qualifications and experience 
A proactive, positive, can-do mindset; thrives in a rapid-paced environment; focused on delivering optimal outcomes for customers and the business 
A strong commitment to safety 
An understanding of transport and logistics planning processes 
Proven ability to build strong relationships and contribute positively in a team 
Strong customer focus with willingness to go the extra mile for service excellence 
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
Knowledge of complex supply chains is an advantage 
Experience using systems such as SAP / SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and Excel is highly regarded
