Summary

The Brand Activation Manager is a new role in the Crayola ANZ marketing team. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing, the Product Team and Content Team to prepare go-to-market plans across key product launches, major retail and brand moments.

The role’s primary remit will be to bring our brand to life in store and online, igniting brand love and ensuring the brand shines via both the shopping experience and across a range of consumer touch points.

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Design and implement cohesive brand activation strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, loyalty

- Campaign execution of events, promotions, launches, partnerships

- Oversight to content development

- Collaborate with product manager to execute go-to-market plans

- Integrate cross functionally with sales, category, insights, content, social media.

- Prepare reporting on competitor and industry activation

- Develop marketing collateral in support of product lead

- Manage activation budget

- Work with vendors, suppliers, brands to deliver programs that elevate and entrench the Crayola DNA in market

- Develop demand generating consumer engagement programs

- Maximise paid, owned, earned channel activity

- Identify opportunities for current partnerships

- Develop activation calendar

- Analyze marketing campaign performance

There will be a requirement to be a thorough planner, highly organized and proactive, with the ability to communicate and manage stakeholders across a range of internal, agency and customer functions.
