About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy Post Office and Tatts Lotto outlet.
This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can manage staff, streamline processes, and support business goals.
* Manage daily operations of the Post Office and Tatts Lotto outlet.
* Ensure compliance with Australia Post, Tatts Lotto, and company policies and procedures.
* Oversee mail logistics, bill payments, banking services, and retail operations.
* Supervise Lotto sales, prize payouts, and secure handling of all transactions.
* Manage product range, stock control, and merchandising to maximise sales.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
* Reconcile daily takings, manage cash flow, and prepare accurate banking deposits.
* Recruit, train, roster, and lead staff to achieve service and performance goals.
What We Are Looking For
* Masters degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline (preferred).
* Minimum 2+ years experience in retail, operations, or logistics management.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
* Strong financial management and reporting experience.
* Knowledge of postal or lotto operations will be highly regarded.
* High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
