Administrative Support Role

This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support across various key areas. You will work closely with the Senior Administrator, handle day-to-day operations of the project Incentive Program, and collaborate with the communications team to coordinate events and meetings.

The role requires handling both routine and complicated tasks, such as coordinating travel, preparing expense reports, and composing correspondence. Your ability to anticipate problems and changing priorities will enable you to bring efficiency and organization to your team.


Main Responsibilities

* Perform a range of administrative duties, from routine to complex, under minimal supervision.
* Handle tasks independently and proactively address potential issues and changing priorities.
* Maintain accurate records of important matters for the executive's attention.
* Anticipate changing priorities and alert the manager as needed.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed expense reports using relevant software.
* Compose routine correspondence and review outgoing messages for accuracy and proper format.
* Assist in planning internal and external meetings, maintaining calendars for responsible managers, and compiling conference notes and meeting minutes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* A minimum of 1 year of related experience is required.
