The Role
As the Head of Finance APAC, you will provide strategic and operational leadership in financial management for the Asia‐Pacific region. This role will be a key member of the regional leadership team, driving growth and operational excellence through financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and implement the regional financial strategy in alignment with global objectives
* Lead the annual budgeting process and long‐term financial planning
* Oversee the accounting, payroll, tax, and treasury functions across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore
* Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and financial regulations
* Support with potential M&A activity
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/ACA preferred)
* 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
* Strong understanding of international accounting standards and regulatory environments
* Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and execution within a multinational organisation
* Exceptional analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills
