About The Role
Serving Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shiftProviding professional bar service (RSA standards)Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidyAssisting with basic food prep and restocking where neededFollowing food safety and hygiene standardsWorking as part of a friendly, supportive team
About You
Experience in hospitality & cateringResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (Advantageous)Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments. (Advantageous)Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous)
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
