About the Role: Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking a HSE Manager to ensure a safe and compliant environment across their project sites and offices. This is a hands-on role, supporting both strategic and day-to-day safety operations. Key Responsibilities Identify and manage WHS risks across sites and ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Deliver safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks Support emergency preparedness and crisis management planning Monitor contractor compliance and provide coaching where needed Maintain and improve WHS systems and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to address safety concerns Provide limited support with environmental and quality assurance matters Travel to project sites regularly to provide on-the-ground support To Be Successful, You Will Have: 5 years' experience in WHS advisory roles, ideally within construction or renewable energy An engineering degree or similar technical qualification (desirable) Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and best practices Experience with site audits, investigations, and safety reporting Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to build rapport with diverse site teams and contractors White Card and willingness to travel as needed If you’re passionate about safety and sustainability, we’d love to hear from you.
