This is a rare chance for an experienced marketing professional looking to join a growth business in the luxury jewellery retail sector.
Full Time Role. 5 days a week onsite
5 days onsite in Sydney’s Inner West - close to Metro and Train stations or street parking available.
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing function for our own bespoke luxury retail brand (B2C) and as Australia’s most successful wholesale Jewellery manufacturing business (B2B2C), you will provide marketing programs that will inform and educate your retail partners on market trends and opportunities that will grow their businesses and in turn yours. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills across retail and trade marketing practices. This is a dynamic role where you will be developing strategy and delivering campaigns and projects whilst managing key stakeholders efficiently and simultaneously, with a high-level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance market positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, events, and advertising to drive engagement and revenue.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver high performing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and website updates.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand standards and are compelling and creative.
- Coordinate and manage events, including product launches and trade shows, acting as the brand representative.
- Work with the Content Marketing Manager to develop internal and external communications, including PR, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Support B2B partnerships and educational initiatives, including industry collaborations and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and creative, to align marketing with business goals.
- Maintain vendor relationships and post-event analysis, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Creativity and innovation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing and brand management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM Platforms, Excel and digital analytics.
