Senior Clinician Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our mental health service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to young people experiencing complex and severe mental health concerns.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide trauma-informed, culturally safe, intensive therapeutic interventions and integrated psychosocial responses to young people with complex mental health needs.
* Lead and deliver strengths-based and recovery-oriented mental health care and treatment.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve service goals and improve consumer outcomes.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists or Psychologists, or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) for Social Workers.
* Extensive postgraduate clinical experience and knowledge in providing evidence-based mental health assessment and treatment for young people and their carers.
* Ability to apply advanced reasoning skills and independent professional judgment to manage complex clinical care and service delivery issues.
