Commercial Lawyer (4+ Years PAE) South Brisbane Location: South Brisbane, QLD Practice Areas: Commercial Law & Civil Litigation Type: Full-time, Permanent PGR Legal Recruitment is working with a well-established South Brisbane law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join its expanding practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial matters while also gaining exposure to civil litigation.
The Opportunity The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including: Commercial contracts, transactions, and advisory work Business structuring, shareholder and partnership agreements Property and leasing matters Commercial disputes and general civil litigation Assisting clients with risk management and compliance You will work alongside senior lawyers with strong client networks, while being given the autonomy to manage your own matters.
