About the role
At MercyCare we believe every child is a unique person and we work to bring out their special qualities and strengths. Join our experienced Early Learning team as a Cert III or Diploma Educator on a casual or part-time basis. We have opportunities at our Thornlie, Heathridge, Banksia Grove, or Ballajura Centre. You'll assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of programs for individual children and groups while recording observations and implementing routines.
Our centres are like a home away from home with a dedicated team who are there to support your journey. In the spacious outdoor play area, children can run free and explore the world around them — and you'll be a part of every moment of their learning and growth.
About you
You'll be looking for a role that leaves you feeling fulfilled every day and a passion for supporting children to develop their physical, language, cognitive, social and emotional skills.
In addition, you will also possess:
* Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* The ability to engage in structure play-based learning with children
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Current HLTAID012 and CPR, or be willing to obtain one
* WA Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
