About The Role
As a
Workforce Planner
at
IRT, Moruya
you will play a vital role in forecasting staffing needs, analyzing workforce data, and developing strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right positions. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and support our organizational goals.
We Have a Unique Opportunity For a Workforce Planner To Join Our Team On a Part time Basis With Minimum 36 Hours Per Week Onsite. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Available To Work Following Shifts:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - 5:00am to 2:30pm
No experience? No worries! We will support you with a thorough training and buddy program.
If you have strong experience as admin, worked with computers, MS Word, MS Excel, this could be the right opportunity for a career upgrade!
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Develop schedules in line with business needs
Assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster our employee resources
You will be responsible for the publishing of rosters, processing of employee status changes and employment transactions whilst using your knowledge of interpreting relevant industrial instruments to provide a professional service to our staff.
Manage contacts from employees and team leaders relating to planned and unplanned absences, and assess requirement for backfilling or additional shift
Ensure compliance to all company and industry guidelines
Set new staff up on the system
To Be Successful You Will Have
Previous Experience In Rostering And/or Other Similar Position
Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role
High level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems
Payroll Certification (desirable)
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
