The Opportunity
We seek a part-time Relationship Manager based at our Browns Plains office.
This role involves overseeing allied health onboarding processes, ensuring successful recruitment and smooth integration of new providers with operations.
The Relationship Manager will aim to maintain provider retention at targeted levels, through effective onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Practice & Patient Care:
o Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
o Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for optimal outcomes
o Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation
* Quality & Standards Oversight:
o Collaborate with the Quality team to align with industry regulations
o Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
o Help shape and refine clinical policies and procedures
* Leadership & Relationship Management:
o Act as a clinical mentor and quality leader across the allied health network
o Work collaboratively with business owners to implement robust clinical frameworks
o Provide onboarding support for new providers and practices
* Professional Development & Education:
o Stay current with advances in physiotherapy and integrated care
o Deliver professional development sessions to our allied health providers
o Attend and contribute to workshops, training, and conferences
* Team Collaboration:
o Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork to support holistic patient care
o Join case discussions and collaborative meetings across the network
To excel in this role, you'll possess:
* Demonstrated business management experience of 5 years (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of quality care frameworks
* Experience building or working within a clinical framework
* Ability to collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders
