We are seeking a dedicated Waste Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Karratha, providing essential waste management services to our oil & gas clients.
This is an opportunity for an independent professional looking for variety and challenge in their role.
As our Waste Coordinator, you'll be the face-to-face representative managing waste management needs for our oil & gas clients.
You'll handle administrative paperwork, coding, and field operations to ensure seamless waste coordination across multiple sites.

What you'll be responsible for
Face-to-face client representation for oil & gas waste management requirements
Managing client expectations and maintaining strong relationships
Preparing and processing administrative paperwork and coding systems
Email management and comprehensive administrative duties
Site-based operations Monday-Friday with 2 days per week field work
Packaged waste management and dangerous goods handling
Attending 6:00 AM pre-starts and 1:30 PM scheduling meetings
Weekend phone coverage for 24-hour contract operations (low demand, managed from home)
What you'll need to be successful
Computer literacy including G-Suite
Strong time management and organisational skills
Excellent relationship management capabilities
Logistics experience
Valid car licence
Desirable
Waste management experience, particularly packaged waste and dangerous goods
Forklift licence
Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role.
