Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Fleet Manager** to oversee and optimise the performance, safety, and compliance of our expanding fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Schedule and oversee vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure all fleet operations comply with Australian transport and safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyse fleet performance, maintenance costs, and fuel usage.
- Implement and manage fleet tracking systems and accurate record-keeping.
- Liaise with mechanics, service providers, and suppliers to maintain vehicle standards.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, check-in/check-out, and return processes.
- Supervise and support staff involved in vehicle logistics and servicing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or transport/logistics.
- Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet management systems.
- Knowledge of Australian transport regulations and occupational health and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
Desirable:
- Qualifications in logistics, automotive management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the car rental or automotive services industry.
