We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our Townsville dealership located in Mount Louisa, QLD. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to take ownership of a key regional dealership and play a hands-on role in building a successful, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a strong and motivated sales team.
* Manage all dealership operations including new and used caravan sales, finance & insurance, parts, accessories, and service.
* Drive sales performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Identify growth opportunities within the regional market.
* Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and industry partners.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and sales processes.
* Work closely with the marketing team to deliver dealership promotions and local events.
* Oversee staff training, performance management, and team development.

* Proven success in sales, with sales management experience highly regarded.
