About the company:
A food manufacturing business that is a leader in their space who have a strong focus on innovation and delivering high-quality products to their customers. Based in Victoria's South West region, they are seeking a skilled production machine operator to join their developing team.
About the role:
Reporting directly to the Production Team Leader, your role as the Machine Operator is responsible for handling and operating various types of machinery, including the spray dryer, to ensure productive production of products. Your primary objective will be to operate facilities with the utmost safety and efficiency, while also ensuring products consistently meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery during production, including the spray dryer, to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Set up machines according to specification and adjust as necessary to ensure proper operation.
Follow and ensure safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a protected working environment,
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
Experience using a spray dryer is desired.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
Understanding of safety procedures within a food manufacturing environment.
